This place is simply the best. The burgers are wonderful and filling A great atmosphere all around. The jukebox is very fun. The owners are kind Christian people who are very uncompromising in their beliefs, some are put off by this. There is a sign above the counter – “Thanks for the tip, here’s one for you – what it best, to listen to man’s opinion or God’s? You choose”, love it. They have monthly newsletters too at most tables which are equally uncompromising and godly. Great food, kind people, the waiters and waitresses are always kind too and up to talking. Great place!

I am a straight married man, but it wasn’t much fun reading the sign at every seat how homosexuals are awful sitting across from my son. The food wasn’t awful though… I slowly stuffed the huge engorged Italian sausage they nestled between the buns down my throat. After the sausage, I took that juicy pickle down with 1 bite. Pretty sure the male owner was giving me the flirty eyes, too. In all seriousness, stupid business move, wish I would’ve seen it before ordering. We won’t be returning to have other people’s opinions force fed to us.

This was a really nice experience. The lovely little lady that served me today was so nice and attentive. The Halfback Bleu Salsa Burger was delicious! I added jalapeños for a little extra kick. Made it perfect. I’d like to see a hand made patty to do this place justice though. It would just put them over the top. I’ll be back to try the Prime Rib Cheesesteak!

I loved the atmosphere! The staff was super friendly. The mushroom swiss burger was ammmazing!!!!!!! The pretzel bun it came on was very delicious as well. Not to mention the unlimited couch potatos (fair style fries). The oh so good, creamy and smooth chocolate peanut butter shake was to die for.

It is with absolute sadness and regret that after loving this Diner and all its staff for years, after taking friends and loved ones there and recommending all my loved ones go there for years, I will never go back or recommend it to anyone ever again. In short, a senior staff member I had always liked and trusted collected our cash payment along with a $10 cash tip that I intended for the wonderfully attentive brand new waitress who so delightfully took care of us. I specifically told the senior staff member that the tip was for the new waitress who served us so well. She smiled and walked away with our cash for our $50.00+ bill and our $10.00 tip. As we were preparing to leave, our young waitress came to check on us one more time. We asked her if she had been given our tip and she nervously repied “No, but that’s okay! I’m not allowed to have tips yet!” We asked her to go get the senior staff member who took our money. She very reluctantly did. I thought it was a mere mistake or oversight. It wasn’t. I told the senior staff member, politely but firmly, that if the waitress couldn’t have the tip then I wanted it back. She said she’d have to “ask Joe” if the waitress could have the tip we left for her… She went to him, we saw her talking to him, and he promptly went out the front door. We promptly left without saying anything further, feeling totally shocked and disgusted. We did not get the tip back and are 99.9% sure the young new waitress didn’t receive it. The point is, the senior staff member should have told me the young lady wasn’t allowed to have tips instead of smiling, saying nothing, and keeping it anyway after I told her who it was specifically for. She should have handed it back to me and said the young lady wasn’t allowed to have tips yet. Had she done that, I would have said, well, go ahead and consider it a tip for the establishment. But she didn’t give me the chance to do that. So, instead of being honest and showing respect and integrity, she said nothing and walked away with my tip knowing full well she had no intention of giving it to the young lady I specifically told her it was for.

Egg sandwich needs two eggs. It is all pretzel bun. Over-hard egg nicely shaped and seasoned. Tiny amount of tots with it, which were overcooked. Shorted a taco on a pork BBQ taco special where I paid extra for an additional soft shell and I presume the meat, which shorted the family at home I bought for. Tiny amount of fixings, salsa was also small. Special is a terrible value. Very clean place, attentive servers, cleaning if not serving, lighting is a bit dark but 50s vibe is excellent. Coffee in a disposable cup doesn’t taste as good. To-go donuts made to order were the best part. Would drive from Hudson for them. Count your order or ask the server to before you leave.

Hands down the best diner in Uniontown. The food was AMAZING. Sooooooo delicious and very filling. The diner is super clean – tables aren’t greasy, seats aren’t sticky, you can basically eat off the floor, and the decor is so cute. It’s like going into a Time Machine. Your really get the mom and pop feel from this place and it’s just so welcoming. Colleen was absolutely patient with me as I couldn’t make up my mind- very big menu and everything sounds so good. I’m also gluten intolerant and eat dairy free lol BUUUUUUT she was super accommodating. I had their June special: bbq chicken tacos on a bed of nacho chips (homemade)! She also gave me a side of black eyed peas that was AWESOME! Honestly I can’t tell you how great our first experience was. We are looking forward to coming back. Definitely won’t be the last.

I get mixed feelings about this place. Most of the food is average. The service is great just wish some of the food had some taste to it. A lot of it is bland. Don’t feel like most of it is worth the money. They do have all the fries you can eat.

My wife and I stopped a couple of weeks ago. First I want to compliment the staff. Super friendly, and very attentive. Second the burger was amazing! The pretzel bun with apple butter and the toppings were soooo good. But the thing that won me over was the couch potatoes (fresh cut fair fries) . They were cooked to perfection. And the best part they are bottomless. I was in heaven. I had 2 baskets after the ones with the burger. And would have had more if we were not on the bike.
