This was our first time here. We stopped to check it out when we saw a restaurant on Little Green Lake! So glad we did! Shanda is the owner and she is so warm and friendly…..We just wanted to hang out with her all afternoon! I ordered a Reuben and it was the best one I’ve ever had in my life! My parents had the cod fish fry and said it was awesome! Good coleslaw too! In addition to the great food, we enjoyed sitting at a window table viewing the beautiful lake just outside! This place is a gem! Would love to come back sometime and be here during sunset! We’ll definitely be back!

I love their all you can eat fish fry on Fridays. The walleye is amazing and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they tend to walk right past you in favor of other customers who didn’t order the all you can eat. It felt as though by avoiding you they figured you would leave before you asked for seconds. However the view is serene and the food is good so I try to get out there if I’m in the area. The prices are reasonable also.

Lakeview is the only spot in the area we consider going on Saturday nights for the last 20 years. This place has the best broasted chicken around along with walleye on Friday’s. Randy and Shanda, the owners, work the bar themselves almost every weekend and Shanda is there all the time during the week! Not very often do you see the owners not soaking up the booze instead of distributing it. However, with the shortness of staff at lakeview they are operating this place with only 5 or 6 people.

Wife had all you can eat shrimp and I had all you can eat smelt, was very good and had a beautiful view of the lake. The service was very good. Recommend it very much.

Food isn’t anything special, fish wasn’t cooked all the way through. Waitress sounded annoyed if we requested anything. We were also asked why we didn’t finish our food which I thought was odd – never been asked that at a restaurant before.

Great views and quality pub food. It’s definitely underrated because it’s in a small town; however, it’s a hidden gem in the Green Lake area. Sure, it looks like some dive bar on the outside but if you go for the Friday night fish fry you won’t regret it.
