If I could give .5 of a star or 0 definitely would. In town in a nearby town with friends for a birthday weekend and we were excited to sit down at a “nice” restaurant. Upon arriving the bartender who was also our waitress quite loudly let the hostess know there should be a waitlist though the restaurant itself was not overly busy. She was clearly annoyed to take 3 of us on. From ordering drinks – taking over 10 minutes to get those then another 30 for her to come back to get our order….we got our appetizer 30 minutes later. Got to be an hour – still not food. Finally walked up to the bar to say something. Her and the manager walked to the kitchen. Came back maybe 5 minutes later with all of our food. Lukewarm. We were just dealing with it at that point until I took a bite of my sandwich and there was a hair in my sandwich. We asked to speak to the manager and the bartender rolled her eyes. Came out and almost expected us to pay.

Very friendly staff, phenomenal views and delicious food that you can’t find elsewhere in the area! A hidden gem in Fremont that should be more well-known to the public! Everyone should take the time to try this place out! Always have the best service and the chef even personally makes dishes to meet the needs of the guests!!

I called on a Tuesday to make a reservation for a Friday. The girl who answered the phone was quite rude and acted as if calling during business hours was the biggest inconvenience.. upon taking my name, I asked her if she needed a last name, she said no. Ok, no problem. Arrived at 6:20 for our 6:30 reservation and gave my name. The hostess looked extremely confused and after i told her i spoke to someone on Tuesday, she explained that she “mistook another couple as us and gave our table away”. Not really sure if there were 2 Michelle reservations or what but kind of confused how they “accidentally” gave our table away when we arrived 10 minutes early. They ended up sitting us at the table right by the kitchen (probably the worst in the entire place) even though there were plenty of other tables open… after giving our table away you’d think they’d at least make it up to us by giving us a better table. Our waitress was very kind and she did let us know the kitchen was a bit behind so our food would be delayed. We waited 1.5 hours for our dinner and during this time, I watched many other people get angry with the long wait and some people even walk out before ordering. The hostess was even telling people walking in that the wait for food would be 2+ hours. Now I understand sometimes the kitchen is understaffed and things take a while, but the place was only half full and i think only 1 other table was sat the entire 2.5 hours we were there…The entire situation put a bad taste in my mouth as it was negative after negative and we had traveled 30+ minutes to dine here. My husband & I’s food (walleye and ribs) was just ok… not bad, but nothing to write home about. Key lime pie was delicious though and comped for our troubles. Because of the kind waitress and what I think was the manager (?), I would still give this place another try in the future, although, definitely not my first choice in the area. If you are going to allow reservations, maybe take more than just a first name to prevent the issue of “accidentally giving the table away”

Food, service, location, it was all very pleasant. I had the grilled salmon and it was cooked to perfection. My son had pasta and he loved it. My husband’s burger looked delicious.

Disappointed with their woodfire pizza. Cust shouldn’t be so burnt. Canned mushrooms, really? Consumers Took Notice. Last slice was striped of crust. #sad

We randomly chose to come somewhere we have never been. What a pleasant surprise. Food was top notch, staff was extra accommodating and the view, even on a rainy day, was stunning. Can’t wait to come back, sit outside and enjoy this lovely experience again.

The ambiance was…. less than pleasant. The staff seemed new, inexperienced, overwhelmed. The music was nice but the People trying to talk over it was annoying. Very loud atmosphere.

Was told there was no availability. Then after urging for them to double check I was told they had a booth for two. Perfect. I was previously told no tables til 715 p.m. Arrived at 520 for 530 reservation. Was seated and I gave waitress who miraculously found me a table, a 20 dollar bill tip for her help. At 530 we ordered 2 appetizers and our meal. I even told our waitress we had tickets to a concert at 730 so probably should order meal at same time. Thirty minutes later appetizers came. After 1.5 hours still no food. I was told it was coming out next. After 15 more minutes our dinners came to our table. I apologized but told the waitress we needed to go boxes because we had concert reservations in 20 minutes. Counting the 20.00 tip I gave our waitress as we were being seated I paid 85.00 for a meal we never got to eat. Thankfully I ordered appetizers or we would have gone completely hungry. Second time here and last. Very disappointed to say the least. There were 5 booths and 2 tables in dining area nobody ever sat in while we were there. Not to mention almost entire bar area was empty but I was told no available tables to reserve. Huh… waitresses were kind but a very well planned, special evening was ruined after nearly 2 hours of waiting for a meal that never came. No excuses…people around us ate and they came in after we did. We also had a paper “specials” menu on our table. We both ordered tge walleye from it. Then we were told no sorry…that’s an old menu. “I’ve already had to break 3 people’s hearts tonight and now you two. I’m sorry,” said the waitress. “Let me get you a new menu. How does this happen? Why are you keeping old…menu special papers? More frustration. Food…we took home was reheated and eaten. I’m sure not the same as if it were fresh and hot served at our table. But…it was still tasty.
