Fun place that I never knew existed! Glad we found it. Family enjoyed the hot dogs, and I enjoyed the drinks. The water is lake water. HOWEVER, the locals need to do BETTER, A LOT BETTER in doing their part to keep their beaches clean…dog poo on the sand, dogs running around without their owners. Not cool. A rule I was always taught growing up, was LEAVE IT BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT! The residents do not abide by this rule. I did inform the nice lady that worked at the food stand of the dog poop, she said she would get it taken care of and seemed to have some of the same frustration I had.

Fun place to stop at, especially on a summer day! Great seating outside on the patio or you can go down to the beach. Mexican dog was great! We got a kids dog, specialty dog and two ice creams for about $15.

Mediocre food in a great location. Dogs are hot but not grilled. Buns would be much better if they were toasted or best browned on a griddle. I ordered the Southwest which he said would be very sloppy so he gave me a knife and a fork to eat it with, it was not sloppy and it wasn’t especially flavorful. I also ordered a beer which was served in the can, would have been nice if he had put it in a paper cup or something, I don’t like drinking beer from cans, but worst of all it was barely cold. He said that he had the best dogs in town but my wife and I were extremely disappointed!

Awesome spot. Such a cool old building with great Colorado springs history and a chill vibe both inside and out on the patio. Just like a perfect day at the beach! And you can even bring your dog!! Lots of different hot dogs to pick from and even build your own with a gluten free bun!! Live music coming soon on Friday nights!!!! Awesome!!!!!
