It was years since my last visit and in that time owners made a lot of improvements in the building and especially a great covered deck with tables that provides a lot of much needed additional space. Pretty standard quality bar food that tastes godd and is perfect before, during or after the lake! Pizza is a great choice and most importantly the fantastic onion rings are still on the menu, made with hand cut fresh onions!

I love this place, and the food is always exceptional. But tonight, the comedians on the deck were way too loud (and mainly unfunny). It was so loud we had to go inside (couldn’t visit with friends we brought there). Really wanted to sit outside too!

Slow service on a Sunday afternoon. One stressed out waitress was covering tables indoors and out and she wasn’t very friendly. We were with another couple and twice requested separate checks. After we were through eating she brought one check and then disappeared. The food was decent. I ordered a sub which was $17. It did not come with fries or even a bag of chips.

This is a horrible place. We waited over a half an hour for any kind of service and when the waitress finally did help us she was rude and unpleasant. She told us she would get us our drinks when she felt like it! There is no air conditioning and the place was miserably stuffy and hot. I would tell anyone to go up the road to The Strand.

You have to try the cheese chicken ranch baked sub, it’s amazing. DONT SLEEP ON THE BAKED SUBS. They are just fat calzones that taste great.
