Great authentic Indian food! Lots of different options on the menu. Opted for the butter chicken and bread.

The food was incredible. This is probably the best Butter Chicken I have ever had outside of my Indian friend’s. I’ve never had a restaurant get the flavors so perfect! Their bread is so tasty too. I highly recommend Laliguras. The atmosphere is awesome right across from City Hall on Church Street. Definitely give this restaurant a try if you’re in Burlington. You won’t be disappointed.

They could use more staff as it was packed for Sunday lunch. But they still managed to get people seated and took orders without too much of a wait. The pakora was surprisingly light for a fritter. I’m glad that the chicken biryani still had good heat even with the mild level of spice I requested. The butter chicken was ok, nothing special. This place was a welcome alternative to all the bar food and pizza in the immediate area.

So good. The mango lassi, saag paneer, and papadams were amazing. Really tasty Nepali food right on Church Street. The atmosphere isn’t anything special but clean and fast friendly service. We’ll be back.

We came to Laligura’s early on a Friday night and easily got a table. Seems that takeout is popular. Good dining space, attentive service from owner and staff. Food was promptly delivered at the table.

We were all left smiling after our meal. The tasty spices, the top tier ingredient quality, the steaming hot basmati rice, and the array of sauces and dips that tickle every part of the palete. Diverse beer and wine menu and entree items that include many vegan and vegetarian options. Price is about 17$ per person (if you get an entree and split an appetizer) but worth every penny for the quality you receive. Kind staff and a beautiful location on church street that is best enjoyed with their outdoor seating.

This place is beyond delicious! It’s probably the best food from this region I’ve ever had. We ordered chicken tikka masala, goat vindaloo, and saag paneer. We also ordered one and then another mango Lassi. The paratha was so, so good. We ended up ordering more and more of those, too. We dined on the patio. It was the perfect place for the kids to step out and enjoy Church St while waiting for the food. The prices are very reasonable. The service was welcoming and kind. This place will hold special memories for my family. We will absolutely be back here whenever we come to visit Burlington.
