Houston must have a ton of lamb because it was on every menu this weekend. However, this place really blew my socks off with their Lamb Sliders in Bourbon sauce! They were parked outside of Chaplain and Kirby and I had to have some. After learning they were were out of damn near everything I struck gold with the sliders! I think they could be an even bigger hit if they dressed those sliders up a bit. If they tried a pineapple salsa on top it would kill. And dress up the box a bit more they’ed go places. Overall good product. Throw some more chairs in the truck for customers and some Passion Fruit juice and the whole thing takes off!
