They ain’t lying. This really is the best philly around. We’ve been here twice now and both times the food was fantastic. The fries are good, the tea is good, the service is good and you really get your money’s worth. So glad someone suggested this place to us, it’s a great little spot to eat. Pretty fast, inexpensive and very good. Give it a try.

I like to support local restaurants and businesses. When I work out of Charlotte I try to find a place to spend my hard earned money with a small business Wow What a disappointment. The Landmark family restaurant was the dirtiest restaurant I think I have ever been too. You walk in and he gives you this filthy menu for you to look at looks like 20 years old with smoke damage. Hard to read. So I ordered baked spaghetti and meatballs. And my worker ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich. The food came in take out boxes. Got a sweet tea and that was awful tasted like bad water being used.or old tea. sent it back got a diet coke. The food was so bad I ate like 4 bites and tasted freezer burnt meatballs and the meat sauce was terrible. the cheese looked funny. Threw it all away. The Philly was not great either. The bread felt like microwaved. soft and mushy. Got hard when it cooled off. $27 for the worst lunch i have ever had.The meat tasted freezer but also. I think it’s time to throw away all the food in the freezer. This restaurant was dirty I mean dirty floors disgusting. And both bathrooms were out of order How can you be open and not have a working rest room. I would never go back. And you should not spend the gas to drive to this horrible place. I promise this is the worst place I have ever been. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The Review Guru!

I’m a truck driver I was parked here at love in 85 wondering what can I eat. So I googled restaurant near me and landmark was one option and the reviews kept mentioning the Philly cheese steak so I had to head that way to try it and mind me I’m from Brownsville Texas the tip of Texas about 5 minutes from the border Mexico. So headed that way tried it and damn it was so delicious not exaggerating but hell yeah it was amazing and the owner what a a amazing person respectful and generous. If I’m ever around the area not a doubt in my mind going back for the Philly .

This place is awesome, the owner is so friendly and so is the staff! my BF and i had our first date there 6 years ago and it is the best cheesesteak EVER! i get jalapenos with my supreme one and my bf gets jalapenos on his with just steak, mushrooms, cheese, onions and he can finish his but i can only eat half of mine its a big sandwhich!

The worst customer service I ever had from these mean rude people! That chef is the owner of this place and he got rude at me because I told him my salad was lack of lettuce? He told me to go somewhere else and pay 18 dollars!!! I could not chew him out at that time I was at work. Believe me I would have!!! He hurry and hung up on me by phone the nerve of this guy. He does not derve a restaurant. Then I called back and the old white lady hung up on me too. They need to shut this restaurant down due to the rudeness bad customer service these people give certain races. And it’s kind of run down with flies flying around. The parking spaces are really bad you can’t hardly drive through it!!! These people do not belong in the restaurant business the way how they treat certain customers!!! I’m reporting them to the TV Station and Consumer Affairs!! When I get finished with them they going want my business!!
