I brought my kid here for a late lunch on a Monday when school was not in session, so it was almost empty. Our server was great, the food was solid, and we had our pick of the tables. We were pleased with the food and service and can only imagine how packed it gets on the weekend when the students are here for the semester.

Josh is the greatest bartender alive. He gives great suggestions on drinks, which is really helpful for a newbie like me. Also has cool fun alcohol-related facts such as Guinness being the only beer in Europe required to be served cold.

Lou Has is the best bar in EL! The workers are always super nice and the drinks/food is always delicious! I bring all of my friends here when they’re visiting and they have the best time. Highly recommend! Out of all the bars in East Lansing, come to Lou Has!!

Lou and Harry’s has the best food of all the East Lansing Bars, hands down. The combination of american bar food with some Mediterranean options (Gyros, Chicken Shish and Pita Wraps) is amazing. Over the years, I’ve had every single item on the menu and nothing disappoints. The grill is also fast, having most menu items made in 5 minutes. The bar is very small and gets too crowded on weekend nights, but offer great daily deals and is a fun time. Top tier Bar/Grill in East Lansing.

Worst bar in East Lansing. Bouncers cannot tell a real ID from a fake one and they have the worst attitude towards people. Will reject you with a real ID after waiting an hour in line. Anything else is better. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Never go to landshark.

Will not be eating from here again. Ordered the chicken finger basket and received 3 tiny pieces of tenders and cold fries for $15! I’ve had better tenders from the freezer aisle at a grocery store. So disappointed!

Lou and Harry’s is my favorite bar in east lansing. Angel and josh are always welcoming with both manning the bar most night. I’ve asked who cooked my foods several times and it was Matt and it’s always perfect. Evan always does a great job treating us like family aa well all around it’s a good time and you’re always treated right!
