Moved to town about a year ago, this is the only close bowling alley. I thought I’d give it a try. First I will say their Facebook page really needs some updating. On the page it says closed Saturdays and Sundays. Last post was from 2019. This bowling alley is very outdated and has a musty smell. Only 3 lanes have bumpers which is unfortunate, as other bowling alleys all the lanes can be converted. First time I came in was on a Thursday, they stated we couldn’t bowl due to a league. Next time I came in was on a Saturday, since there was no available bumpers I paid for a lane anyways and waited for other to leave so my 6 year old nephew could actually play. After we got our bumper lane and ordered food, the only worker there then stated that a bowling league was coming in any moment. Their dog, kept coming up to us while eating waiting to see if we would give him food (I have 3 dogs and don’t allow my dogs to beg). Might I add, I spent $5 to play music that was then turned off in the bowling area and only played quietly in the bar area. So that was a waste (he knew this as I got the change from him to put in it). At this point I felt rushed to eat our food and bowl fast as they were setting up for the leagues to come in. On the walls it does show leagues Monday’s and Thursday’s. Nothing about Saturday’s. Food was mediocre, “soft” pretzel was tough (and came after our other food, at this point it was just us two that ordered food). Also had to keep resetting the lane as it didn’t register to pick up the knocked pins. I’ve been to this bowling alley twice. Have given then about $200 total of my money. Will definitely drive the extra miles to go elsewhere. The Mayvillians may love this place but to the new people in town, go elsewhere. Transparency isn’t their strong suit. I will not even discuss their very old shoes (my nephews size 1 were coming apart in the front). Only pro is it cheap to bowl.

I came after a sporting event with a good dozen people, and there was but ONE staffer working. We all were hungry for lunch, and HE GOT IT DONE. The entire group and I had a very reasonable wait for a regular restaurant staff, let alone one man. The Alley is well kept, the bathrooms are very clean, and the food is good! Awesome place to nail some pins and get a bite. Five stars.

Great small town lanes. Clean simple good bar friendly staff. My only complaint is finding the place. Tiny little sign out front, hardly noticable as a bowling alley from either road on either side. Also the name on the sign doesnt match the name on google and niether match the name i saw inside so i have no clue what to call the place. Had a good time though.

So fro my first time there i was expecting it to be a lot better my aunt and my mom would always come here to do karaoke but i wasn’t impressed. There was great customer service but there was also multiple things wrong. First, the shoes had no grip at all so it was hard not to slide when you bowled. My uncle and my aunt both fell when they were going up to bowl both on there bad legs. We had to keep resetting the machines, and the pins kept on getting messed up.

Our waitress was on drugs. Food wasn’t great. Our bowling system kept messing up and giving the same person 5 turns in a row. It was supposed to be “glow bowling” but they forgot to turn the lights down or something. They heavily over served two men that were wrestling and yelling at other people.

Small Town bowling alley but the staff were awesome joking around with us, lanes and shoes were very clean and the drinks were awesome. Didn’t eat there but plan to next time as the locals say the foods great and the prices can’t be beat
