It was good when they first opened and now the food isn’t good at all. It’s never fresh. Rice is hard. The last few times I have ordered the same exact thing and have been charged different prices. And not even a slight difference in prices. It went from 16.00 to 28.00 for the same exact thing.

The staff at Laredo Taco at the 1515 63rd location and the staff at the 7eleven are wonderful. The food is always fresh.. Staff always so willing to help … I am battling cancer and for the staff to know what i like when i walk in the door is very special.

When this store first opened it was great now, not so much. Shelves empty, donuts hardly stocked and no bags to put them in most times. Some (not all) cashiers are either extremely rude or could care less if you are there. Lerado Taco company in there was great now the food looks so dry like it’s days old. I will still get gas there. I was in there one morning and I was expecting change back and cashier said “I hope you don’t mind but we are out of change” it was 70 cents due back. Thought that was odd.

Food used to be awesome. Now, the meat is dry, hard and obviously overcooked. Tried to place order tonight through Door Dash, but order was totally cancelled because store said they didn’t have supplies available to make the order. My child’s dinner ended up taking much longer to receive do to placing order with an entirely different restaurant.

This company owned 7-Eleven does not offer the rewards at their gas pumps as does the franchise. Every time you ask them a question it is company policy company policy but why would you advertise rewards as you do. Most 7-Elevens are franchisees around us and they are friendly and happy. This company is not friendly and happy. I don’t want to hear an employee trash my lovely town of Palmetto. I’ve been here all my life and have grown up here. If you work in this town and live elsewhere don’t criticize us we’re paying your paycheck. We are the ghetto we aren’t the other side of the tracks and I definitely do not want to hear it out of your mouth.

The beef fajita tacos were very good. Surprisingly good. They have hand made flour tortillas. You do not see that at most full restaurants. The beef fajita was very flavorful and very tender. Black beans and rice were also good. Way better than the closest Mexican food restaurant, simple grill and the steak is better than Chipotle’s steak. Try it, you won’t be sorry.

Good polite staff. Laredo Taco… there’s one girl there who’s name starts with M who cares. If you get something on her shift you’ll love it. But as this franchise goes lots of food sitting in bins getting overcooked. If they cooked per order…this place would be 6 stars.
