Everything is good when I go here. And people on here getting gas station vegan tacos and they are complaining. Dumb. Also the chips and salsa comment on here, you can pour as much salsa as you want in their ramekins. So that’s also a dumb review.

If I could give zero, I would. “Chips and salsa” is chips with 2 tablespoons of a taco sauce. Asked for carne asada tacos and got fajitas…? Got upset about not charging for queso that didn’t exist. Cashier was high as a kite. Absolutely ridiculous.

Let me start by saying I’m a daily customer at 7eleven and at least 2 to 3 times a week at Laredo. I pay full price for tacos even though I’m vegan therefore obviously don’t eat the most expensive ingredients. I’m used to that though so that’s not the issue. The sign said closing at 4pm today (12/27) cool its only 1:20. Asked the lady working if they had any more rice and beans coming up because they were empty. She replied with “no, what i have is what I’ve got I’m about to close.” So they lost a sale over a few bucks in rice and beans because they didn’t want to make more with 2.5 hours left of their day… ridiculous.

There were 4 people working and everyone was yelling telling each other that there was a line of people and everyone of them looked annoyed and didn’t even try to help bust the line down and just looked at each other saying “I’m busy” and “you help them”. I don’t know who does the hiring for Laredo tacos here but all 4 I’ve been to stop serving breakfast at 9 a.m and all have horrible customer service and they seem annoyed that they have business which is unfortunate cause they were pretty good when I had them in houston

I normally dont have any issues at any loredo … But this time was horrible… me and my fiance decided to get the enchilada platter… It comes with 3 enchaladas rice and beans…. The rice had no taste, and instead of getting 6 delicious enchaladas ( 3 on each plate) we got a tatal of 3, 1 on hers and 2 on mine… And all we could taste was grease.
