For the last few years, I have stopped at this location at least 3-4 times a week on my way to work. It is hit or miss here and after this morning, I am looking for a new route and routine. The coffee machines don’t work most of the time and they are always out of stuff in the drink coolers. One time I went in and they had coffee cups with lids that didn’t fit them. This morning, they didn’t have unsweet tea in the drink coolers so I got the unsweet tea from their tea containers. I get to work and it’s sweet tea. They had no beans or cheese for breakfast tacos. It’s just very frustrating to go spend my money somewhere and not get what I paid for. The quality of everything at this store has deteriorated dramatically over this last year. Very disappointing!

Every other Laredo is good but this one really is bad. We ordered tacos for the office received no salsas, the tacos were cold and the tortillas were cracked when they were folded indicating they were cold when the taco was made. Manager was absolutely condescending and rude when contacted about it. Do everything in your power to avoid this location. I really don’t know if this has anything to do with the 7-11 merger or buyout but it’s definitely not making a good impression.

Laredo Taco Company usually will have very good breakfast tacos, but not at this location. If you order a meat item with your eggs it will be hard to find or taste since they chop it up so finely that I don’t believe you are getting your money’s worth. The flour tortillas are not fresh & maybe not even handmade.
