I’m a huge fan of Laredo Taco Co and was willing to make the drive but I could not have ever expected the experience we had. Domini, first of all needs a raise, because WOW!! what an asset. I can honestly say she provided legitimately the best customer service experience I’ve ever received in Colorado. The whole team at this store was outstanding, I’m absolutely impressed! Thanks again to Domini, we will definitely make the drive again.

Breakfast is ok but the night food is awful, eaten it many times and the chicken is dry and hard, 10 dollars for such a small portion is not good.

I had the El Campeón breakfast plate with spicy shrimp. As odd as this might sound it was actually very tasty. Added a little salsa verde and pico de gallo to top it off. If you’re feeling a little adventurous give this combo a try. And yes it more than filled me up.

I’m shocked. I’m an over the road trucker, and I have lived in South Texas for 2 decades. I stopped in this 7 eleven in this podunk little Colorado town for some coffee. I watched these 2 white kids on the grills cooking up a storm to get ready to open, and the food looked fire. I ordered barbacoa that came with freshly made tortillas, refried beans, and diced potatoes. Let me tell you, this was Tex-Mex perfection. The barbacoa was on point, snd even the beans tasted like they were made by someone’s abuelita. The salsa bar was awesome as well. Their empanadas were golden, crispy, pockets of heaven. Even my dog cried while eating his barbacoa, whimpering in delight the whole time.

Had never been there. Looked up menu on website. When I went to store to order, what they had was not on the website menu. Taco meat was over cooked; couldn’t chew it. They only had cheese enchiladas which were hard & over cooked. Like eating rubber. They were out of most item’s.

Stopped for lunch today about 12:30. Ordered 2 taco plates. The guy said they had only had 3 customers today. I ordered carnitas and hubby had asada. Both meats were so rock hard we only ate the rice and beans and threw out the tacos. Disappointed.
