Such delicious burgers! The man that took my order was very nice as well as the lady who handed us our order. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and fries. Big juicy burger with perfect fries. Nothing beats real meat, bacon and cheese. Thank you for the delicious food and great service!

Had their food for the first time today with my mom and sister. The burgers were so delicious and big . And their fries were crunchy and soft with the perfect amount of salt and oil. The customer services was kind and quick and the inside was clean. We have now found an awesome burger place to go to for now on!

Service was horrible. Guy at the front window knew nothing about prices or what he was doing to be honest. Kept having to go ask. Took 20 minutes to get I order of chicken strips and two vanilla milkshakes that we could not even drink they were soooo thick. We asked for napkins because there was milk shake all over cup and he handed us one and said “is one ok” ????? WTH?? Then he forgot our chicken strips and said ok have a good days. We said we were waiting on our chicken strips and once we got those we asked for ketchup and he came back with one packet and said is one ok lmfao I couldn’t figure out if he was kidding or not. I remember growing up in Yakima and whenever our dad bought us these burgers, we were beyond excited. They are incredibly delicious. I live in Nevada now but whenever i have a burger I always think of this place, you cant compare. I wish the company would expand to Vegas. When i fly to Yakima will definitely stop by this place. Please continue to serve your mouth watering burgers, and thank you for your many years of food service to your community.

Believe it or not I don’t know why some people I’ve known whom hyped up this place because of it’s supposedly awesome burgers etc when this establishment differed from what I’ve experienced both in service & quality. The burger was mediocre let alone not completely done, & it tasted like a reheated house burger to me. There was barely any fries in the bag they put ’em in. The person making the order etc seemed like he was irritated, and very bothered I’ve came up there to order, & the vibe was like he saw a ghost as I asked him about the prices since I know for a fact the establishment still hasn’t changed their billboard price menu that’s outside of the place especially since everything has gone up so basically it’s like they’re naming their own prices on items that’s on the menu, & it’s not itemized on your receipt either etc. Overall it’s not worth it, & better customer service is much needed.

Called up do to seeing a help wanted sign up the guy I talked to was very rude manager didnt even want to talk with anyone. And now they have a sign up saying how the business hours are cut back do to not having the staff. Well guess what maybe you would if you guys where not so rude.
