We were staying in a hotel nearby and ordered. We got 3 slices of pizza, 10 wings and garlic knots. I’m sorry.. not something we’d order again. The knots weren’t cooked the whole way, the pizza seemed burnt and was cold, and the wings are really dry. Sad to say, but not a great experience.

The Luna’s
Is back to college people this pizzeria is located inside the campus. This pizza is worth the trip authentic New York style pizza. The cheese and pepperoni pizza was very good nice taste on the sauce and nice gooey cheese the crust was crispy I give this pizza a 9.1 out of 10 Luna’s. The cheese pizza was as good as the cheese and pepperoni I’ll give this one a 9 out of 10 Luna’s.

I had a craving for NY styled pizza and decided to check this place out. I asked for two pepperoni and mushroom slices guy was like “huh”? I had to choose one with pepperoni and one with mushrooms. Pizza wasn’t good it was 10 bucks altogether. Definitely not worth the price. I miss the real NYC pizza so much!!!

The most mid pizza you will ever find in the entirety of the western hemisphere. Mid pizza is fine as long as it’s priced appropriately. Problem is that a slice of mid at this establishment costs 5$. The pizza dough is so thin that my finger punctures through it at times. Tortillas are more durable than the dough they use. It’s evident that these owners buy the absolute cheapest ingredients they can find. mid/5, better off having a vending machine lunch.

It is good for campus pizza place. The price isn’t bad compared to much of the other local places for a pizza. Yeah it’s not greatest slice of pizza ever but it feels the void just fine if your looking for a pizza and not trying to kill your wallet and for students it is great for a quick bite in between classes. If your looking for New York style pizza and don’t want to drive to NYC to get it, this place is worth a try.

La Rosa is the best pizza on campus and…if you are in the UB north area… one of the best pizzas around here. Their dough is fresh and pizza is always great. In a land of per-pandemic, as a UB employee, I enjoyed lunch in their place many times with colleagues. Can’t wait until things normal up a little but for the time being we order take-out.
