Service with a don’t bother me attitude. Two times in a row which confirms it for me. Definitely not going back even though the location is closer. Eastgate service is far superior you are greeted with a smile and the servers are excellent.

Told me 15 minutes till my order was ready. I wanted 20 minutes then tried to use the bring ur order to your car . Texted them and after another 12 minutes I just went in to get it. It still wasn’t ready . 20 employees in that place and still behind on orders .

After years of ordering from this location I am dropping my rating and considering abandoning the franchise all together. Numerous incorrect orders has become such an aggravation that given the cost of their food, it’s too much to ignore. And I’m not talking about incorrect orders on a busy night, the last snafu was a Wednesday night where the lobby was empty and customer volume could not have possibly been a factor. If you can’t hire competent kitchen staff, reduce the menu to stuff you know that monkeys can accomplish and maybe our expectations won’t be so high.

I picked up my medium spinach and mushroom pizza. When I got it home, I opened the box to find a dried up pathetic excuse for a pizza! Larosas, you need to put delicate toppings like mushrooms and spinach under the cheese so they stay moist!
