Great pizza, I like the tastthe sauce sauce. The only thing I was not pleased with was that I couldn’t order extra because of a six item rule for pizzas. Which if I am paying for I should be able get whatever I want on there without a problem.

Gave away our pizzas while we waited on a late addition to our order. Ended up having to wait nearly 30 minutes to only have our pizzas taken from someone else’s order. No concession was even attempted by the staff. This would be tolerable had the food been of decent quality. I wish my family did not have undeserved loyalty to this subpar Cincinnati “staple”

Very comfortable remodel, even more comfortable food and friendly service. I did not share with staff that meatballs on sub had texture and taste of freezer burn (as if thawed and refrozen) and maybe could’ve used more sauce and cheese, altho’ it was a lot less messy than in years past. I think there used to be strands of onion prominently added with a seeded bun on top, but I may be thinking of somewhere else. Overall, everything was of highest quality and in generous amounts, from their attentive staff especially to the onion soup which was caramelized, salty and gooey and perfect Whole experience makes me want to go back soon to this location!

We tried the lasagna for the first time. We have always loved their pizza and spaghetti sauces so we thought the lasagna would be great. It wasn’t. Would definitely not recommend the lasagna there.

Ordered a pizza at 9:37 it came after 11:00. I called and asked for a supervisor, when I got a chance to speak to him he was rude and UNprofessional. When my food arrived not only was it cold but IT WASN’T Right and my pop was hotter than the pizza. IM NEVER GOING BACK BECAUSE ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THIS PLACE. I BELIEVE IN 2ND CHANCES BUT NOT A 4TH OR 5TH. I DON’T WANT ANYMORE CREDITS FROM THIS PLACE.
