Went here on a Sunday afternoon three weeks ago. It was not busy and hardly anyone in the dining area. It was three adults and five kids- we were told it would be a 10 minute wait to seat all of us so we waited. It wasn’t long that another family came in – a much larger group and was sat down ahead of us. So I asked if it would be much longer. Was told they’re cleaning a booth for us so we waited. More people came- in more people sat down. So now the kids are noticing it too. I asked politely if we could sit at the big empty booth towards the back this time two women kept talking at the counter so I just assumed they didn’t hear me and walked up to them to ask and they both kept talking as if I wasn’t there. My brother suggested we just leave at this point since we’ve already been sitting there a total of 40 minutes and people kept coming in and being seated ahead of us. Very disappointed but not surprised. We will never come back here again.

2 times tonight they got my ziti Alfredo wrong… first time came with spaghetti sauce and second came with chicken (I don’t eat animals). They put chicken in it the time before this as well, and several times in the past. I don’t quite understand why this keeps happening but I’m done with this place, that’s too many times in a short span of time.

Update 8.6.23: The Now Hiring servers, drivers, … and the Due to staffing shortage… signs, lets you know you’re in for slow service. However, Hannah H. did her best. The food – pretzels bites, salad, pizza and cheesecake scoops- was great as usual.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Ordered online for pickup between 6pm and 6:10. Large pepperoni with a salad. Went through the window, paid, and was told to pull into the “designated waiting spot” for our food. Several cars getting their orders and 40 minutes later (tried to give the benefit of the doubt because of possible staffing issues, and they were busy), I pull around and ask where our food is. It had been sitting in the warmer for 40 minutes! I asked for a refund, and the manager got snotty and asked why I left it there for so long. The girl at the window that took my money and looked me in the eye every time she walked out with someone else’s food asked if I still wanted the food. I was honestly afraid they’d done something to it, so I declined.
