My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday (5/30/23) night. We got there around 7:30 pm. We were seated right away with menus. At this time, there were only two other tables with customers in the restaurant, so it wasn’t crowded at all. We sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring waters or just acknowledge our presence. One server walked by us to bring the check to another customer. Another server wiped a table down across from us. Not one person said, “We’ll be right w you.” My husband and I ended up walking out of the restaurant. I very rarely write a negative review, but this was ridiculous.

It took them a few to acknowledge we were waiting to be seated but, our waitress Ashley was fabulous and the food was delicious. Plus we got entertained by the workers in the back singing “SWEET CAROLINE”. One of the best LaRosa’s around.

I’ve enjoyed LaRosa’s plant-based pizza options, but I’ve encountered a recurring issue. On three occasions, I found a sizable piece of sausage in my order. I hope LaRosa’s can address this and ensure a safer dining experience for customers with similar limitations. Until then I will no longer be recommending this location, and will likely avoid the franchise entirely.

Larosa loveland maderia rd loveland ohio. Ck ur order b 4 leaving! Becoming just like all other restaurants raised prices and leave half ur food out or give incorrect food item! No wonder there’s no lines anymore in the fast food lines! Let’s screw our customers!! My Visit to larosa was on may 7 2023 sucks the kids working can’t put all the things u ordered in the bag!!!! Probably won’t be back because of this but they sure take ur money! Try to call them on hold 4 hours because manager don’t answer the phone!! Bye bye larosa hope this hurts u!

So Ive heard a lot about LaRosa’s Pizza. Pizza is my crack, so we stopped here for dinner. It’s weird because the pizza toppings were great, but the crust was tasteless, like cardboard. Service was good and restaurant was clean, but … ♀️ not a fan.

My wife and I definitely enjoyed the salad it was really fresh and you can tell from every ingredient ,the pizzas were also good the dough tastes like the dough was made in house so that gave it an even better taste, the only thing I would say in my opinion is missing is for the place to have a real brick oven for the pizza. I would have gave it a five stars but they brought it to a four stars because unfortunately it seemed to us that it was a little bit colder inside the atmosphere then usual so other than that ,I would suggest you bring a sweater when dining in.

Had a 5 star review… had to delete it. Changing to 2 stars, cause the past several times I’ve gotten Bone-less Wings, they have not been cooked fully. Bit into 1 and could feel all the fibers of the meat breaking as I bit down. They were soft too, none of them had gotten crispy on the outside like they used to. The pizza wasnt fully cooked either. Cheese was fully melted and pulling a piece out of the pie left the cheese and topping with the pie and not the slice. The slice was just the bread and sauce. Been going here pretty consistently for the last 3 years. Between the quality going down and the prices rising by a lot (my usual order used to be 30ish, it’s now 45-50) and taking away the % discount deals. It’s not worth going to this location or any LaRosa’s anymore. The risk of getting sick from the food definitely isnt worth it either.

Pick up order took 20 minutes longer than stated (45 minutes total), told me to pull in a spot and waited there for awhile, got home and unwrapped food to find they had switched an item for another order’s item inside another bag that was marked ours so on first glance we thought everything was there and correct but it wasn’t. Not a pleasant experience. Not the first time we’ve had issues at this location, will be going to Landen from now on.
