Went through drive through, actually had a delivery driver lay on his horn at me because I couldn’t pull up because of vehicle in front of me at check in box, really irritated me. I thought it was very rude for an employee to act like that.

My family got to the restaurant 10 minutes before me and was still waiting for a waiter. While 4 tables were waited that were seated after them. Once I got there we waited another 10 minutes to have 2 other tables seated and instantly waited on. We weren’t even a big group only 3 people while these tables with 2 to 6 people were being taken care of promptly. Normally there is great service extremely disappointed it seems like it’s being ran by a bunch of clueless teenagers.

Ordered food & paid by phone.Went smoothly. Picked up at their pick-up window.That was convenient.Ordered a calzone, it was good but could’ve had a bit more filling in it. Tried the garlic fries they are the bomb!!!! Will go back!!!

What happened to LaRosa’s?! I put in an order for delivery and it never came. I got a text notification it was on its way 20 min after ordering. We waited and waited. I called customer service and was told the driver tried calling me to find my house so the ticket voided no phone call. We’ve had LaRosa’s delivered here for 20 YEARS and never had a problem. I called customer service and got the rudest manager. He could have cared less about my 90 minute order never arriving. The rumors are true. Time to find a new favorite and it’s so sad!

Seek other options. I’ve had my share of underwhelming orders from this location. Because of the hair baked into the cheese, tonight will be the last time I order from here. Quality at this location has deteriorated.
