Oooooookay, I’ll post the pictures and maybe somebody can tell me why these items were even delivered to me. Or anyone else for that matter. LaRosa, maybe you can tell me what the heck is wrong with these pictures without saying the standard “WE CAN PUT A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT TO USE ON YOUR NEXT ORDER.” Excusssse me? I wanted quality food that I heavily paid for and couldn’t eat. What I don’t understand is how the heck an employee would actually pack up this food in this condition. Would you serve food looking like this to a paying customer sitting in your restaurant dining area. I don’t think so. Annnnnnyway we expect the same quality of food being delivered as given to dine in eaters. Chiiiild, y’all need to stop delivering junk like this. Darn, that’s money wasted that I could have used to play my Powerball and Mega tickets with Bawhahahaha. Annnnnnyway have a good one everyone.

Eating inside is Great… but these last 2 times months apart doing pick up have been horrible 2 large pizza hand toss with bubbles… made two more and they were the same I didn’t understand it Saturday and Sunday this it bad for business and Buddy wouldn’t like this White Oak. Coaching your cooks would be a start.

The day that my niece and I visited was a beautiful day outside. we chose to go to LaRosa’s because that’s our girls’ night spot. The young waitress that we had was training someone the trainee was only there a couple days and she did a better job than the one train her. She was very personable and polite and made sure that my niece and I had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner to wear. The waitress was forgetful and didn’t remember hardly anything. My spaghetti was cold as can be, but I didn’t have time to send it back and get something else because we had to be to gymnastics. Was very disappointing we placed an order to go when we arrived for large meat lovers. Pizza and my brother-in-law said it was amazing, so at least his food was good for the amount of money we spent.

We ordered online for our family. We got a hoagie, spaghetti & meatballs, calzone & pizza. Our order was ready at the time promised, and everything was correct. All was hot and delicious. My only negative comment would be that the spaghetti could have used more sauce as it was dry halfway through. Next time, I will know to order extra sauce.

Food cold twice. Bread hard you can’t serve cold meatballs. Pizza very dry but we ate that. Good salad and soup. Not the best as usual. Won’t be back

Delicious pizza that’s probably the most popular in town. They serve a variety of other items like hoagies and salads as well. Service here is friendly and the place seems to run very well. I like the drive-thru order pickup: I don’t know many pizza places that do that.

Myself and a group of family decided to go here after my nephew’s graduation at LaSalle High School. We asked if we could all sit together at a table, we were told the section we were trying to seat in was closed for the night. We were forced to sit at 2 separate booths on opposite sides. It took almost 45 minutes to get our order taken and another 30 plus minutes to get our 4 pizzas. Another white group came in after us and was seated at the exact same table we had previously been told we couldn’t sit there bc the area was closed. The group also received their food before we did. I asked a server if I could speak to the manager. she went to the bac and then came out, saying the manager would be out momentarily to speak with me. That never happened, and we didn’t leave until after the store was closed. The employees at this location are racist and I will never eat here any time I visit Cincinnati. The pizza wasn’t even good. They were dry with little pizza sauce.

Our server was excellent, an attentive young man, who made sure our salads were not full of hard white lettuce like the last one I had delivered. Our meals were delicious, served at just the right temperature. The restaurant was so comfortable I didn’t need any kind of jacket or sweater, rare for me. Delighted!
