The food overall is delicious! Customer service…well, it’s like eating at an aunt’s house that wants you to eat and hurry up and go home. The prices are a bit high. Also, make sure you always ask for a receipt. Since she is the cashier, server, cleaner and cooker…she is always in a rush. Instead of being charged $35 for a sandwich, soup, and a drink…I was charged $135. When I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, I couldn’t because I did not have a receipt! So ASK FOR A RECEIPT & Make sure you check it!

It gets very busy at lunchtime but definitely worth waiting in line for the matzo ball soup, potato latkes, and Monte Cristo sandwich. The woman who takes the orders, and clears the tables should get a medal for how fast she is. The pastrami sandwich looked very good as well.

Sandwiches (esp pastrami) are enormous and more importantly , delicious. The woman is a freakin character. Rude and psychotic but somehow in an incredibly charming way that she pulls it off and it’s not offensive if you know what o expect. She is worth the experience alone , but the food is also amazing… so def go here

So so so very delicious. This was my first time coming here and I must say that I am impressed. I had a Reuben, but substituted pastrami for the meat. It was pricey, but well worth it. I was only able to eat half of it. Just look at the picture and you’ll see how big it is. The onion rings were fresh and crunchy. And best of all it was pretty darn quick. I hope everything else on the menu is just as delicious because I will definitely be coming back.
