It seems like everytime I come here I have issues. This last time, I called at 12:30 to have an order pickup by 2….well, I get there AT 2 and they haven’t even made it!!! Then i need to speak to a manager and there wasn’t even one there?! I won’t be coming back here bc I requested to have one call me and I have not received a call about it!!! So no more business or bday parties for me there!!! I work in food service and I’m expected to do my job right and I do. The same should go for any place. The one in Cabot is WAY better and that doesn’t say much.

Me and two of my children had a very nice time, the food was good they had a great selection of pizzas which i love thin crust, the salad seemed fresh, the service was great, i love how they have servers coming by offering different pizzas that was not on the serving line, the servers was smiling and very friendly.

There was only a small selection of pizzas on the buffet. The pizzas didn’t have much flavor and the crust was tough. My son went to the dessert buffet and said there wasn’t anything.

The rule applies because your counter employees have direct contact when they open the box to add cheese, etc. Perhaps you should reconsider this practice. Staffing crisis is beside the point. No problem so far with the other locations. In short, he should keep his hands out of his hair. Today: The young man at the counter needs a hair cut. Long bangs covers his eyes. He keeps pulling it back out of his face. Hair sheds and can get in the food. Very unsanitary. Hair should be pulled back and secured. Poor mgmt for not knowing any better.. i will be going to the LR locations from now on.
