Las Brasas Del Volcan Menu – Shoreline, WA

Type : Restaurant

Location : Shoreline, WA

We are Las Brasas Del Volcan a more authentic approach to Mexican Cuisine. The fare is more traditional so expect influences of Oaxaca — the deep chocolate flavor of mole, for example is a customer favorite. You will find dishes here you won’t find at other Mexican food places, like Carne En Su Jugo with is the equivalent to a beef stew in a lightly spiced salsa. We are family owned and operated and we welcome you to come and try the difference!

Based on 201 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.4 stars. Price

The most authentic Mexican cuisine you’ll find outside of Mexico! Everything is like Mama would make, fresh corn tortillas, real chorizo and a salsa bar round out a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place to those who appreciate real Mexican food!

Cozy little restaurant in the Shoreline/Mountlake Terrace area. Went on a Friday night for dinner, they were busy but we were seated right away. Great menu,/drink choices and service.

This place is freaking incredible. It’s the Mexican food we’ve been missing since we moved to Washington state from California. Fresh salsa bar. House made fresh chips and tortillas. Incredible guacamole. Friendly service. Generous portions. Do not skip this place.

The burrito with carne asada was the move! It had wonderful flavor! It was around 3PM so it wasn’t busy, but they should be with how good the food is! Will definitely be back to try something new. also the drinks are great! Was larger than expected.

Good salsa bar selection, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and of course good food. I was surprised how fast the food took as we came in at the end of a rush when 5 groups came in but then again my attention could have been captivated by the delicious home made chips that I had a few bowls of! I was on a lunch break between meetings but was very tempted by their drink list. Between that and their patio seating, I have got to return for happy hour or dinner! They also had great decor and the plate and drinkware were fantastic – even the water cups were like art!

We ate here for the first time. The chips were delicious, though the basket was very small. They need to serve twice the number of chips offered. Salsa bar was a neat feature and delicious! Our dinners were tasty, and we would eat here again. Drinks: I didn’t enjoy it, not worth the cost as it seemed that there was any alcohol in them. For a $16 margheritta, that’s definitely not worth the money or experience.

Chips and salsa bar were good. Like the salsa options. Too little of chips served and never offered more.
