We have been wanting to try the Foley location for a few months but haven’t been that way. We were excited to see on there Facebook page that a second location would be opening in Silverhill. We stopped in to see what was going on. There is no inside seating at this location. We took a look at the menu written on a sandwich board outside the order window. The gentleman at the window was very nice. We ordered Rosa’s Famous Quesa Birria Tacos along with a refreshing drink. The tacos were packed with shredded beef, cheese cilantro and onions. They are grilled until melted. These were served with the consume that the beef is stewed in to dip the taco. Think Mexican French Dip. Wow, these were really good. They also came with homemade red and green taco sauce that were warmer than usual. So good! I will love to come back here again. Convenient place for good takeout.

Absolutely fire! Orange and green salsas are outstanding, you can tell they’re homemade. Get anything with barbacoa and it’ll change your life. Barbacoa burrito will knock your socks off. Most other mexican food in Baldwin county is average at best, it all tastes the same, low quality, food for the masses, no originality. Las Catrinas blows them outta Mobile Bay by a long shot!

No AC working inside? Too hot inside and it’s only 10am. They don’t serve breakfast, no eggs, bummer. Their chicken is too spicy and I didn’t ask for spicy food. Too loud inside. Never again.

Mmmm, I loved the puffy tacos so much I went back the next day — both the asado and carnitas! Loved the birria sauce too. Definitely worth a stop!
