Such a delicious spot! Underrated and needs more attention. This truck is always serving the best tacos, tortas, gorditas with varietal sauces and meats. I love coming here and will continue going when visiting Liberal. The staff always is great.

This place is awesome the service was great I was in a big truck pull in she came right up to me and schooled me on what everything was I’m Rican from Philly and this is by far the Best Mexican cuisine I’ve ever had so tasty and plentiful the burritos ooh yeah can’t wait to go back to Kansas. The name of this establishment holds true! I had the best asada gringa I have ever had. I also had the best asada torta I think I’ve ever had. This restaurant trailer was super clean. The food had good presentation. The ladies here were super friendly, fast, polite. I will definitely be eating here again! I’m not sure why it took me so long to try this establishment??? Also their red sauce is absolutely amazing. I look forward to trying the rest of the items on the menu

Found a cockroach in the champurrado, I called them to tell them and they just laughed at me saying they didn’t have any cockroaches. I asked for their boss’s number and he never answered or they gave me the wrong number.

The food was about the same as all of the other lil taco stands and the price was about the same. Inexpensive somewhat depending on what you order. The services was fast and friendly but when I order and this is almost the same thing with all of them. I always order and I ask for no cilentro. Everytime It comes out it has cilentro on it sometimes twice as much. I’ve learned to just take it off. We have a real laungage communication problem. Why can I not ever get tomatoes when they say yes I can?
