My first dining experience at Las Flores was fantastic. Our server Breezy was a delight. My brother joined me from out of town and we both were impressed. The food was delicious and priced well. The menu has a lot of choices. All of this, makes me look forward to my next visit.

Ill be honest my expectations where pretty low as we never tried this restaurant before just from what we heard and past experiences we where nervous. I must say they did a very good job either improving or upgrading when they where closed. I didn’t catch the servers name but she went above and beyond to ensure we where taken care of and had a good experience. She was running the front room by herself as the other person called in. The 2 gentleman cooking came out and would help her bring food, clean tables etc. I ordered the 3 steak tacos Mexican style. Others in my group had the steak tacos as well and one had a shrimp chimichanga. The food was decent you could tell nothing was pre made or sitting around. Even the chips where lite and crisp and where really good. My son’s tacos came out wrong but they where quick to take care of it and went above and beyond to make up for it. The cheese dip was good not to spicy and just right. My steak tacos where good not cubed up little pieces of meat as it was actually strips of steak cooked perfectly. I was impressed with how the food came out as there was only 1 table left in the building when dined and usually the kitchen is rushed to get food out. Not here they handled it well and made sure the food was cooked good. The restaurant is not very big with maybe 10-12 tables total. We normally go to El Tequila in New London but this tasted fresher and the staff was very inviting. The prices are very reasonable as 3 tacos with rice and beans which is a large serving is $9.99 a packed seafood chimichanga is only $14.99. The staff really cares and trys which is nice in today’s world. Overall I would say it was a 4.2 rating. They are definitely worth a try no matter what you heard.

Well being they closed for a little bit I was Leary on the expectations. We did go in with an open mind. All 4 of us got each a different margarita. Raspberry, peach, lime and watermelon; *chefs kiss* phenomenal. The server we had was newer and also we were her first margaritas ever made. Our food came in an extremely timely manner. It tasted soooo good! We had our 1.5 year old with who sadly did nothing but scream and the servers, the other guests, no one said a word about it. No one complained. The server even offered to take him so I could enjoy our meal celebrating Mother’s Day! In 25 years of life and over a year as a mom no one has ever offered to take him other than people were eating with. I can’t express enough the A++++++ this restaurant deserves as a first impression!

This restaurant is more of a higher end place. It’s nice that the chef came out of the kitchen and asked how my meal was. He exhibited very professional skills. Also the waitress was very personable as well! Large portions and worth the money !

Food was subpar, I ordered a Quesadilla and my Cousin ordered a Burrito. My quesadilla had a very poor structure, some parts were entirely cheese some were completely meat. Also neither parts had much flavor. His burrito was mismatched with someone else and we had to wait another 30 minutes for it. We ended up just getting it boxed and leaving.

Went for lunch with a friend, service was great, very nice waitress. Owner was there and came over and said hi and talked with us for a minute. Very nice people, cute place, and everything we had was delicious. If you have a chance I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Amazing food, amazing staff! Love the atmosphere. Waitress was great. We were there for a birthday with a large group at the last minute. The staff took care of us phenomenally. We will definitely be back in the future.
