And if you ask, our name originated from the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo who is a big icon in the Mexican culture.

I recently visited a restaurant that has been open for 5 months and appears to be a part of a small chain with multiple locations. Their menu is quite extensive, offering a variety of dishes such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and even chimichangas. To start, I tried their refreshing pineapple aqua fresca, which was accompanied by delicious homemade tortilla chips served before we even placed our order. For my main course, I opted for a fish taco and a shrimp taco, with the shrimp taco turning out to be my favorite. I also ordered a bowl of tortilla soup, which was served generously, but had a slightly more acidic taste than I anticipated. Perhaps a smaller size would have suited my preferences better. The restaurant provided great service and a friendly atmosphere, making it a recommendation for taco enthusiasts like myself. Additionally, they offer hard shell tacos, which I personally prefer.

absolutely delicious! Went on a whim based off of an area FB group’s post about their horchata—was not disappointed. Everything was so good! The favorite for the table was definitely the birria quesadilla. The best birria I’ve ever had. Crispy tortilla, great flavor with the lamb, tasty soup. This was delicious. I got birria tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was easily the best ive had in a long time. The horchata is the tastiest I’ve had since i left miami. Highly recommend you swing thru.

New Mexican Food Restaurant in East Norriton and the first I’ve written a review for the cuisine in PA. I’m from S. TX and haven’t been impressed with the “Mexican” restaurants we’ve tried until now. I had the Carne Asada Street Tacos. The meat was so tender and flavorful. The corn tortillas were fresh and soft. My husband had the Quesabirria, yes that right a birria style quesadilla. So delicious. Recommend trying this new spot.

Holy moly, I’m stuffed. I had the Enchiladas with green sauce. They were fantastic! They also had complimentary chips and salsa which was a nice surprise. This place looks like it recently opened and if they can keep up the good work, I’m sure they’ll be popular.

Not a good experience. Chips and salsa were average, the fajitas had small pieces of chicken and the tortillas tasted under cooked, and both the rice and beans lacked flavor. The diet coke tasted like syrup and the server explained that the beverage vendor said it was okay, although she didn’t think so either! Finally, we charged extra for using a charge card, without any mention of it. There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants to enjoy.

We stopped in after visiting the nearby zoo and had a great experience. The restaurant was super clean and colorful and the staff was very attentive. The food came out quick and was delicious! The guacamole was amazing also. We can’t wait to visit again.
