Unfortunately below average compared to other local spots. I ordered a carne asada burrito which was sort-of bland overall, and contained way too much rice for the $17.10 I paid including nothing else other than a can of soda. No air conditioning on an 85+ degree day made it marginally uncomfortable to eat indoors.

Tortillas for quesadillas are made to order, so the quesadillas are good but my filling (huitlacoche-Mexican truffle) was not hot. As a dessert I had the buñuelo with a cafe De olla. It was amazing, the buñuelo was so big and had to take half home and the coffee was very delicious with it cinnamon aroma

Were there waiting for about 35 minutes after the lady took our order then she came and told us she forgot to put in the order in the computer so we had to wait even more after that!! Many people arrived after us and left before we could get our order!

Recently moved back to Carpentersville and returned to dine in. Love the Quecas. Ordered a Quecas dinner with a drink. They also have a nice salsa bar with other condiments for the food.
