I ordered CHICKEN super flautas….. tell my why..!!!!! I got this.. who knows what kind of meat this was!! I had 1 bite and threw up!!!! Called the place right away because i couldn’t go back again, but the cashier was just like “oh ok” and nothing after so i ended the call.

So the food is pretty good bc I’ve gone back a few times but EVERY time I do, I always remember why I rarely go, bc their attitudes of ALL the personnel SUCK and they always look so bothered to take your order and give you customer service if that was improved I would go back more often but I honestly dread it when I also think of the long wait times or when you call to order over the phone they just leave you on hold forever. Also the tortas which is what they should be known for bc of the restaurant name completely suck I prefer their tacos and flautas

I just want to state that the food here is really good and flavorful although it contained a lot of grease, but the customer service really bogged down my whole experience there. The workers there were very rude and seemed to not wanted to serve us. I don’t believe I will be coming back because I refused to support a business that doesn’t even want me there. When we walked in they stared us down but we were never greeted. As I was ordering the lady kept talking and laughing over me to a coworker which caused me to keep repeating my order and when I had to she kept rolling her eyes for no reason. They are up to par with food but their customer service need lots of improvement. I want to go back because the food was really good and fresh but, the customer service is horrendous and makes me not wanna go back.

There are two of these exact restaurants in near charlotte, the other one being in huntersville. This is the bigger location offering desserts, bakery options, and an amazing menu. If you go you need to try “La Norteña”
