Went on Saturday for an early dinner. Was seated right away. Started out with chips and salsa (on the house) They have daily specials which is nice! I don’t speak much Spanish and our server didn’t speak much English but with some help, I ordered the chicken fajita burrito and my daughter had the cheese enchilada plate. Food came out fairly quick. My burrito was delicious! I only ate half because it was massive. Rice and beans were great as well. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for some Mexican food. They even have candies and jewelry for sell at the register. I will definitely be back! *Posting a picture from the menu because I ate my food before I took a pic

It’s a no for the both of us. I gave 3 stars because service was good and the waitresses were very friendly, but the food just wasn’t it. Hardly had any flavor, my tortillas came out hotter than my plate of fajitas. My husbands lengua torta had no flavor and the meat was dry. I didn’t take a picture of the food menu because our menus were both off. It showed a picture of a plate with a number and you would have to search for the description on another page of the menu. Maybe it was just our menus I’m not too sure, but below is a picture of the drink menu and our meals.

Was excited to try but when we sat down no one came to give us chips & salsa or drinks for 20 mins. My partner had to get up to go ask for someone. Ordered a margarita, it’s in a small glass for $10. Not a skooner like the menu shows. Ordered and my meal didn’t have the queso on it like it said it comes with. Didn’t get any refill salsa & chips because no one ever came back to check on us.

Thought we would try this place out, but it was a very bad idea. We were talked I to getting fajitas for 2 because both of us ordered fajitas, but it ended up being more expensive. It came with 2 tortillas and when asked for more we were brought 2 more but were charged $2! Then asked for shredded cheese (which should have came with the plate) but was charged $1.25 for 2 in a half Tb. But we were not informed of that extra charge. The meat was so thin that it was almost shredded. Drinks were very weak. And when it was time to pay our waitress did not bring g us our ticket, she just took the card and scanned it. The atmosphere was absolutely terrible, it still looked like it was cicis pizza! When paying $82 the atmosphere should have been on point! We will never ever go back!!!

99% of the Mexican food places in Lubbock will serve chips and salsa for breakfast if wanted. Not here!! Bring it up and you get a sharp slap down “not until 11 o’clock”! Not even an option to purchase them! One of my guests wanted to order sausage and bacon with his breakfast – No way!! One or the other but not both! I guess customers are a dime a dozen now. Food wasn’t too bad, servers attitude sucked! The mouse roaming around wasn’t too appealing either. 4% up charge if you want to use a card.

It was our first time there and the the birria tacos, the enchilada plate and the mini barbocoba /chicken tacos were delish. My niece got the caldo soup but it honestly had way too much fat! A big chunk of it made up the whole bowl of soup.. so that’s one thing they really need to keep their eye on. Another thing that was not great was the sun coming through the windows! They really need to invest in some shades specially the tables closer to the windows.. the heat is just relentless. Other than that will visit again.. just not sit near the windows or get caldo.

Not sure what the hot sauce was.. drinks were good but way overpriced. Fajitas were bland as I’ll get out and super thin. Nothing was fresh. They charge extra for items and didn’t tell us and didn’t want to give us a receipt to see what we were charged for.. payed $84 with tip but it wasn’t even worth half that… I wouldnt spend $ there. If you’re gonna sell food for that price it needs to be damn good.
