Such a great place and nice to have a new and tasty Mexican restaurant in NPR. Staff were all so friendly. Everything we ordered was tasty. Food came out in a timely manner. And they had a good mix of traditional items and new things I’d never heard of. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

This restaurant is new to the area, and I see bright prospects in their future. The food is hands down the best in the area. Best enchiladas and birra you can find. Our family are Texas natives. We do not shy away from spice. They have great salsas and taco sauces to add heat.

This restaurant is going to be a winning combination in our community. The food was fresh, the salsa was very good, their menu has a large variety. If someone can’t find something to eat here, they are probably already Starving in this world. For those who like a spicier sauce option, They have 2 sauces that were extremely good. The chips come out hot. The most refreshing part of the experience is how great their customer service is. It goes beyond just being polite and an occasional smile. I very much enjoyed eating there today.

My family and I decided to try a new Mexican restaurant to celebrate my birthday on Aug 8th, instead of going to our usual Mexican restaurant we went to Las Perlas and so glad we did. The service was attentive, friendly and fast. A little bit of a language barrier, but we understood one another well enough to get it done. The restaurant is very cute and both the decor and food felt and tasted authentic. I don’t think they have A/C though. It was a bit warm and felt they ran on ceiling fans only. But was still tolerable. We were seated immediately and our waitress noticed I had a little bit of an issue with the loud music being played in our corner booth, the speaker was right above my head. I have brain cancer and very sensitive to sounds, she turned that speaker down without me having to ask. I was going to ask to be moved but she fixed the issue right away. I very much appreciated that. Chips and salsa was delivered to our table before we were even able to open the menu. The salsa is very good and ranges between mild and hot. My husband said the green one was the spiciest. Since moving here to Florida, we have been unable to find a place that serves authentic Chiles Rellenos the way we were taught in Texas. This place nails it and brought back childhood memories of a family friend making them at family gatherings. We ordered the Chiles Rellenos, of course, and I would gladly eat these every day for the rest of my life. So good! Taco Lengua, which was outstanding, and Sopes… I can’t say enough about the Sopes, the absolute best Sopes I have ever had, simply amazing. We ordered Horchata for drinks, it was sweet and the spices were just right, and a la Catrina sweet wine. Both were very good. Sopapilla for dessert.. I’ve never had sopapillas made this way before, usually they’re very light and puffy and we would squirt honey inside and top with cinnamon and sugar, these were fried flat and crispy and drizzle with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar .. still very good. Over all we were very satisfied with the restaurant, staff and the amazing food. We will definitely be going back and hope this business stays for a very long time. It’s giving other restaurants a run for their money and it will be difficult to pick between our usual and this place in the future lol.

(Updated) I’ve eaten here several times and believe this to be the best Mexican food I have had. Everything is full of flavor. They make their own sauces and the salsa with chips is obviously homemade, too. During our visits, we’ve had, and thoroughly enjoyed, a chicken tostada, chicken enchiladas Oaxaqueñas,

Super cute family run business, they have definitely made good use of the space and made it thier own. The back wall is lined with a beautiful mural. There are 12 eat In tables to choose from, a few of them booths. We chatted with the owner a bit, but, unfortunately, I can’t recall his name. Seems like a passionate bunch of people, he runs the place with his 2 daughters, one of which designed the menus. He also explained to us that they spent over 8 months perfecting all 100 items on their menu. I had the A.C.P, my husband had the enchiladas supremas, both were absolutely delicious. I was surprised with the more than ample amount of chicken I received, accompanied by warm tortillas. My husband had no complaints at all about his and cleaned his plate. Their chips and salsa are delicious as well, salsa has good kick and nice flavor, their chips are also really good! Definitely house made. We will be back very soon! Don’t sleep on this little gem, you won’t be disappointed you stopped in!

Had a nice dinner here. Small restaurant. We ordered at a table. For the two of us with each an entree, guacamole, large beer, water & yes I did get extra plate of refried beans, rice, veggies, etc to take home cause my sizzling fajitas was enough to feed two people so I had leftovers of that, we paid over $70! That just seems so steep! Otherwise the food was good although my husband’s dish he said it could’ve used more flavor. The waitress was super friendly & welcoming. Everything was brand new & clean as they had only been open 10 days. I’d go again but maybe try the lunch menu if it’s cheaper?
