Food was mediocre. Not enough seasoning. Salsa and chips were good. I got the flautas and it was so bland and very hard to chew. Also, got a Margherita, that’s was good. The food and drinks were overpriced as well. Very busy, slow to get food. Other people recommended it so perhaps it was just that night I went. I’d give it another try, just wasn’t that impressed.

We’re originally from California, moved to Michigan over 4 years ago, we’ve been searching for good Mexican food since day one and have always been deeply disappointed even with friends recommendations; and yes, we’ve eaten in Mexican Town and it’s still a let down. This place is as close as it gets to actual, authentic, Mexican food. The seasoning is spot on, the salsas are flavorful, the Michelada and Agua de Horchata were delicious, the Birria Tacos were beyond savory, basically all the food we got was a hit. My husband, who has been the harshest critic of Michigan’s Mexican food scene was beyond impressed (he does not impress easily) and even dared to call this place the best Mexican restaurant in Michigan! That’s a bold statement coming from him but I 100% second that. Buen provecho!

A hidden gem restaurant in a strip mall. Very good food. Lots of different tacos with meat options to choose from. A variety of Margarita flavors. Endless chips and salsa. What more do you need? Have a birthday you want to celebrate with your friends or family? They make it special by blasting loud Mexican style music, bring out the whole staff with maracas, and give you fried ice cream that’s lit up with a bamboo firework sticking out! What better way to embarrass someone you love right? It does get loud if you go on the weekend and you pretty much sit very close to people next to you.

August 2022 – came here with the family this time. I ordered the Beef Enchiladas. Wife ordered the same thing, the Birria Taco. Kids had some tacos and my two older ones loved them. My 5 yr old just wanted rice. They sang happy birthday to my wife. Staff was great. Great place to go.

I have to say that the food they serve is out of this world, fresh and well presented…. I recommend for dessert their Flan, ou lala!! It beats the Colombian Restaurant in Florida. The service was nice and professional… Can’t wait to be back. One thing you need to know the place gets packed in no time. We were lucky to get there before the family groups. Birria tacos are my fave. Had the flautas and did two chicken 2 beef also really good, the beef had a couple fatty pieces. Steak fajitas slightly chewy but awesome flavor. Disappointed in the guacamole, was too tart. Service was good we had a really nice waitress and food came out quickly. Was really busy at 3pm.
