The food was delicious; the food was so good I forgot to ask for the green sauce. I was so focused on eating the food. Usually, I need to go to Paterson for authentic Peruvian food. But now I found one close to me. I love it. For parking, you get street parking. The service was excellent, totally would go back. I also tried the ceviche. It was delicious.

The ceviche was pretty good. I thought the sweet potato could use a bit less clover. The Lomo soltado hit just right. The seafood fried rice was pretty flavorful and the tres leches was by far my favorite item for the evening. It was absolute perfection. Very well balanced portfolio.

I have been dining everywhere in Dover from time to time for 35 years. The truth is they’re all good. But the place with some of the best food in town is Las Tres Marias. If you are going out to eat at one place in Dover, make it Las Tres Marias! Any of their varied menu will do.

Soooooo good!!! I had ceviche and lomo. We had the causa but honestly, it wasn’t great. (it didn’t taste bad at all just a different style. They put a ton of peas and no avocado.)
