Las Trojas is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Jeff City! Food is outstanding, and the service is excellent. It is the only restaurant I have found in the area that has Mole sauce (try it on your enchiladas) which is one of my favorites! They have a very large menu with so many options. You will never run out of chips and salsa, as they are frequently refreshed for your table. They also offer a large variety of margaritas, with the Hawaiian (on the rocks) being my favorite and it is huge at 22 oz! You can choose to dine inside the festive decorated dining room or head outside to the patio on a sunny day! Excellent overall value!

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t let our cups get empty. The booth seating could be reupholstered with new cushioning. It’s pretty worn(no rips or tears, just no cushioning), so it’s not the most comfortable seating.

Outstanding…fresh generous portions. Best quac I’ve had. We have eaten there several times, but did delivery for first time and it was all well packaged and organized. We had a ton of food with leftovers for same price as chain fast food. Love their rice, and all the meats are tender and flavorful.

Went it to eat with my family for Easter dinner as I normally really love the service provided by this establishment. Never again. We were incorre trying charged for 2 meals. when I brought it up at the register all the guy could say was sorry. Wouldn’t change the price. My daughter had food that came with rice and beans and we were charged nearly $6 on top of her meal for some rice and beans, that should have came with the meal. Then my mom ordered Shredded chicken tacos that were $6.55, she was charged $8.25. The service just isn’t the same. Seems like all they are out for is what money they can get out of you. No understanding or professionalism at all.

We were seated quickly, the restaurant appeared to be clean, and waiters helped us quickly. I had the Camarones ala diabla without rice. It wasn’t as spicy as most places but had a good flavor and the shrimps tails were removed which is great!! My son had a taco salad and he loved it. We will be happy to return!

I will lead with the service was GREAT!!! And the chips are pretty good too!!! But….. This was the bottom of the list for Mexican food. The fajitas were poorly seasoned and the beef tacos as mom put it “ Tasted weird”.
