Have been to Lascla’s Fire twice so far. Clean, modern space with a nice open bar. Service is good. Happy hour is 3-6 PM. Happy hour food specials are tasty, large and very reasonably priced. The Wood Fired 3 cheese Piatta bread is very good. (Frankly, it’s better than their Pizza.) The Ricotta Board has a ridiculously large amount of ricotta and the Meatball Trio is easily enough for two people. Other items tried were the Crispy Parmigiano Artichokes and the Fire Boneless Wings. Both good but not as good as the Piatta Bread, Meatballs and Ricotta Board. We also ordered a Spicy sausage pizza to go last time we went and I absolutely would NOT recommend that pizza. It was too salty and lacked flavor.

Food was fantastic! Service was great also! I know people have been saying its slow service but they just recently opened & are training people – so extend grace people! Our waitress was great and food came our quickly. Ill be here a lot! So happy they opened in area.

It might have been 3 star, but the meatball was good so went to 4! There’s nothing specifically wrong here, just odd things. I’ll say the food is good so the demerits are for dining in, not takeout!

I met a longtime friend here for lunch, so the visit was more about catching up than dining. However… the service and hospitality were excellent! I had the angel hair pasta with crab, which had an unexpected but tasty spicy flavor. A grated cheese topping would have made it the perfect dish! All-in-all, I was pleased, and I plan to return during the dinner hour.

Overall, the food tasted good. However, the service at this restaurant was one of the worst experiences I have had at a mid-scale restaurant like this. We sat at the bar after being told there was a wait, and it took a while for the bartender to come up. We got our drinks and ordered our appetizers, only for them to come out like five minutes before our meals came out. After working in the restaurant industry for years, I know that it’s common sense to send out the appetizers before the meal and allow some time in between. When the meals did come out, the food runner brought out a piece of grilled chicken on a plate before anything else. This chicken was supposed to go on top of a pasta dish, so there was clearly no communication in the kitchen. Also, our food came out one meal at a time, with about five minutes in between. The chicken pasta dish came out last and it was clear they just threw the piece of chicken from before on the pasta because it wasn’t even cut and now cold. I also looked at the other people at the bar and their food was not brought out all together. If I have a plate of food sitting next to me I don’t want to have to wait 5 minutes for the other persons food to come out. They should be sitting together in the meal prep line ready to go. Our bartender did not come to get us drinks or our bill, we had to wave her down every time. From the time she dropped off the bill, it took her twelve minutes to come back and take our card, with us having to wave her down again — which didn’t make sense because the bar was not even crowded. Luckily the food tasted good, however I probably would not come back considering the lack of communication amongst the staff. Also they have a credit card fee which I think is ridiculous considering the fact that their food is already over priced.

Food is decent, although their timing still needs some work. Things come out as their finished, however that means one person may not get their entree for 25 min after the others. And my standard 3 stars for 3.5%. Adding a credit card fee is the dumbest, least hospitality driven idea going on in restaurants today.
