Had the Mississippi Slug Burger and tater tots with the pimiento sauce and LOVED it all! Really great food and recommend it if you’re looking for a tasty burger. Service is also great and friendly (Michelle was awesome!). Also was able to watch the NBA finals and hear the game at the bar.

From the Pittsburgh area, so originally was ecstatic to try their version of a Pittsburgh salad—terrible. Fries & chicken were way over salted, not to mention the use of waffle fries over a steak fry. Had two gnats in my drink, which I still paid for whenever he remade. Killed two gnats at the table. Coworker ordered the burgadoonachos, when questioning what a burgardoo was due to not being from the area we were unaware, we were met with a snarky remark & attitude. Honestly, whole experience would have been better had the waiter/server not had a p-poor attitude every time something was brought to his attention (I.E. gnats, orders not being correct, questioning menu items, etc). Should only be on your list if it is the LAST PLACE open.

Okay, so I want to preface this by saying that the food was the best part, especially those tater tots. The hot chicken is definitely a Kentucky interpretation, so don’t expect actual hot chicken, but a decent chicken sandwich nonetheless. My main issue comes from the bar. The bartenders were difficult to get the attention of and once we got the drinks, they seemed reluctant to let us actually close out and sign. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A RECEIPT because it seems like they want to autograt whatever tip they want and lead you to think you closed out. Come for the food, avoid the bar at all costs.

The food was REALLY GOOD. But the service was so bad. For example once we got our food we needed to hunt down some ketchup bc no one checked to see if we needed anything (place was not full at all) and got ignored when we tried to get their attention. We sat at the bar and it felt like we were bothering them to ask to close out. Our food and drinks were empty and we were just sitting there while the bartenders talked to and poured drinks for their friends. After trying to get their attention twice we eventually got to leave but it was honestly so awkward and embarrassing. I really wish the service was better bc the food and atmosphere was really good.
