So glad we found this place, our area was in need of some really good authentic hispanic food. Upon entering we were greeted by Roberto, the owner of the place. He made us feel very welcomed and we chatted about our culture a bit. I can’t wait to try their cubed steak and onions when they put it back on the menu, I just know I’m going to love it! Today we had the beef stew and pernil dishes, which you see pictured. We also enjoyed the chips and salsa they brought to the table. I had the cheese flan for desert, sorry no pic, but it was delicious!

We had a wonderful meal. I enjoyed the octopus salad with the mofongo. The corn fritters were tasty too! My mother had the carnitas and arroz con gandules. The cheese flan was very creamy.

I would not recommend this restaurant. Small portions, over priced, food lacked flavor and terrible customer service! I ordered stuffed plantains with shrimp, and they served me 4 very small plantain cups the size of a shot glass, with very small over cooked popcorn shrimp on top for $15! After spending $62 for me and my wife’s meals, the server brought the check and told my wife, ” make sure you do not forget to tip”! SMH! We will not be returning to this establishment to spend anymore of our hard earned money!!

It was our first time eating at the restaurant. Food was excellent, good presentation. We were greeted by the owner, Roberto. He was very courteous and down to earth. We felt at home. I recommend the restaurant. Thank you Roberto, we’re from Orlando, but we will be back.

The food was absolutely delicious and the server was friendly and helpful. The cheese flan was really good. Sadly, the meals are overpriced, especially for the diner like atmosphere. I’d be able to go more often if the food was more affordable.

I gave it a try definitely not Puertorican flavor. Carne frita was like little pebbles small really small. Tostones very greasy and pollo guisado was like chicken soup. Disappointed. The presentation was poor rice and beans all over the place looked like leftovers.
