I ordered food from Door dash on Father day. It was the longest ever. My driver told me they must have had a problem with him personally so they took it out on my order.. I waited over an HR for my delivery. My delivery app gps said the man was at the store for 20min. Way too long for food already cooked. I understand they may have a problem with door dash and GrubHub drivers (maybe they’re rude) but don’t take it out on your customers. The food was not worth the wait

Spanish food is a lot like jamaican food. Alot of flavor. I was offered a free meal for my birthday through their system. I had beans and rice, plantains, and roast pork. It was really good. Their food display was beautiful and clean. The service was great. Love this restaurant.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I am for this establishment. I ordered a chicken kabob and two chicken/cheese empanadas. They did not have chicken and instead of notifying me they gave me pork instead. I don’t eat pork. I also received two like warm empanadas without the chicken. My food also took over twice the amount of time that I was told (I did pickup). I won’t be returning. Check your food before you or the delivery person leaves.

I asked how long for a plate made in the back they said 8 minutes I doubted it but gave them 15 min after 15min I noticed someone came in ordered the same thing as me and they literally gave him the plate that they were making for me. My husband noticed so I asked and the lady said yeah 10 min I’m like timeout ya said 8minutes 15 minutes ago now I gotta wait another 15 because you have preferences and gave your friend my food. I requested a refund and the lady was really mad and agitated speaking in Spanish I know Spanish too she was saying “Que se Cree Ella” well I think I’m a paying customer and deserve to have my position in line respected. Dude never coming back and not recommending either. This was my fave Spanish food spot but service was terrible.

I’m seeing a lot of reviews that say they have been taken forever. While they have always been fast with me, I noticed they don’t have the cleanest practices. I literally watched the young man drop the spoon and pick it off the floor and continue scooping without washing. He even looked at me to see if I had seen, but I acted like I was talking to my friend. I was embarrassed since I spoke good about that place to my friend only to see the most unsanitary thing since COVID. I don’t even want to imagine how many times I ate off that spoon since I used to eat here a lot.aybe father’s day was to busy for them to wash the spoon but I still don’t like it
