Freaking love this place. The service is always top notch and so is the food! Whether it’s the breakfast or the kraut burgers, it’s always good. Had the breakfast Sandy this morning… hash browns, gravy, eggs, sausage, cheese…. Throw some hot sauce on it…. Yeah… you need to try this place ❤️❤️❤️

Lauer Krauts has been on my bucket list for years now ever since I saw Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives featuring this restaurant. Yes, I finally made it! The service was genuine and great with my party being checked on multiple times and even me being reminded to get my soda from the soda machine that I had forgot. As for the food, it was decent but it missed the mark for me. I ordered The Jack Lauer Kraut Burger and I was expecting so much more on the sauerkraut side of things. The bread was good and I had no complaints there, but the ground beef and cabbage seemed to overpower the insides of the kraut burger. Again, I was expecting so much more sauerkraut. I was expecting a little cheesiness or a tad bit of heat from the Jack cheese but that didn’t happen either. I wanted this to work so bad because I love sauerkraut but it just didn’t! On another note, the Broccoli Soup was amazing!!!!

OK so I had the Kraut burger with pepper jack. Brown mustard on it also. Oh my gosh I’ve never had anything like this ever before in my life. It was so good it was warm and soft and flavorful. The people were absolutely so nice it took the order. The place was super clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the picnic tables outside and eating. Every one of us said we would be coming back. You’ve got a try it.

We did a bee keeping adventure just next door and caught them as they were closing! Thank goodness because it hit all the right spots. Super unique flavors, very fresh – especially the Gazpacho! And super friendly staff. My wife got the burger without the bun to avoid the gluten. Highly recommend – would love to try more of their menu soon!

Neat concept. But food quality is just okay, and you don’t get a whole lot unless you order multiple menu items. No fountain drinks either (canned drinks only unless you want water)
