We used door dash to have this great food delivered. Food arrived on time and wonderfully hot. Everything was so tasty!! The pork, the beans, the potato salad, the baked potato… Everything was so good. Our big discussion after was which sides to get next time. Will definitely get double beans . They are so perfect . Great food. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Food is consistently adequate but had a terrible customer service situation today. We prefer to order ahead since their line can be terrible. Today ordering by the pound was not an option for web orders so we called to place the order. After giving our order the woman told us we should order online. We told her that was not possible. She was very rude and stated repeatedly that we should order in the drive through. We explained we like to order ahead to bypass the line. We asked how we were to proceed at this point if she was taking our order or not. She stated she was but again told us not to order ahead. We tried to give a name for the order but she hung up on us. Needless to say, we’re not giving them our business. Why would we pay more for so-so food and endure rude people when there are so many options?

You get one star because I call an ask to call in an order and was told we’re too busy to take phone orders.I’m not sure how they can be so busy. They don’t even cook their barbecue in the house. It gets shipped from another location and is in vacuum sealed packs then they heat it up and serve it to you. If it was fresh barbecue, it might be worth the wait but for microwave barbecue no thanks I’ll go somewhere else.

Service doesn’t deserve the one star! The food has gone to absolutely awful! I ordered a tea and the black girl didn’t even put it on my ticket! I almost sent all the food back, but I put it on my card and didn’t want to wait 7 days to be put back! I won’t ever come back and make sure family and friends don’t go there either! I went to another restaurant!

The pulled pork is very tender and tasty. The sides (potato salad, baked beans, slaw) were all good. My only complaint was the amount of white sauce and red sauce they gave us. Considering that we got 4 pounds of pork, I felt like we should have been given a lot more sauce.

The meat is good, but literally every single time we pick up takeout from here, something is messed up. Requested no Mayo on the pork sandwich (because gross, right??), get home to a sandwich drowning in Mayo. Requested sour cream on the side for one of two super stuffed potatoes, get home to neither of them with sour cream on them and none on the side. Simple, careless mistakes, but adds up to a lot of customer frustration. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location. Never had these issues in Madison.
