Best fast food experience I’ve had in ages. Our food was very fresh and very tasty and the tables were all very clean. The customer service was also excellent which is almost unheard of in a fast food location. We will definitely be back regularly if this is the norm at this location! The “spicy ” tenders just tasted like it had more salt. I wish they would add salt to the fries. Maybe because they were super fresh but the food overall was very greasy. The chicken was also pretty small compared to other places. I did like that you can taste the jalapeño on the ranch and their special sauce was good. It does taste similar to Canes but I like this one better. The toast was pretty big too. Overall the food was good but It’s not on my go to list. Service was great!

Great service, of all the fast food places along the 377 corridor in roanoke, they provide the best service, cant eat service, so hows the food, hot, cooked right, tasty order correct. In general I like chicken tenders, not love, hence the 4 star, prefer actual chicken pieces, but the only place on 377 that does that has terrible service. In the end, had a good lunch tasty and satisfying

Lot of people say this and that , tastes as good if not the same as canes. The sauce is slightly if at all different . The bread is the same. All who talk shi about them saying they would rather have canes are cry baby’s cane riders.

Yall, Laynes is now my new favorite place to get chicken fingers. I went there because I wanted something different and never ate there before and I’m so glad I did. You can definitely tell the quality is better than any other fast food place so much to where I don’t even feel it should be called fast food. It looked like they may have been short staffed but there was a girl that took my order, I think her name was Kaitlyn and she helped me pick a sauce and explained that they even make their own sauces. SO IMPRESSED!
