If you’ve never been here and you enjoy a laid back bar with decent prices compared to Avalon and Stone Harbor then definitely stop by and check them out.

It was nice to try. Fun to have a sandy place to put your feet. The service was good. Nice sunset & live entertainment. Food trucks were decent but a basket of Old Bay fries is $$ and more than feeds a reasonable table. It gets 4 ⭐️ for food options being unnecessarily expensive.

Decent spot. Drinks were excellent as we sampled from the menu, but settled on the Painkiller which were killer! Bartenders were barely attentive and acted like they were doing you a major favor by grabbing you a drink. It’s all good as I enjoy life, but if you look at my reviews, I am always satisfied with the service and food at the places I visit. The food truck was amazing! I’ll be back and hope the bartenders have improved…

One of my good buddies turned me on to this spot and it became and instant favorite! Awesome laid back atmosphere with live music and a great view that makes you feel right in Key West. They have a bunch of fun drink options and keep them coming one after the other. Also, bought a t shirt but there is a ton of cool merchandise selections. I will definitely be going back any chance I get!

I wanted to like it here but food options are limited. I don’t know why they call themselves “bar and grill.” There is no grill. There was one food truck. The main problem is the gnats. They were swarming us, biting us, and made things extremely unpleasant. We left as soon as we finished our food because we just couldn’t take the bugs. They should really have tiki torches, or fans, or something to keep the bugs away.

Best tiki bar north of Charleston! Lazy Bass has taken all the vibe and atmosphere of Key West and brought it to the New Jersey coast. As of now there is not a restaurant on site. But gourmet food vendors are parked (with catering coaches) just a few steps away from the bar, and the menu changes daily. Good stuff. There is NO OTHER place like it. Live music, water misters, palm trees and sand under the Wildwood Bridge. It’s paradise.

Great atmosphere and gorgeous sunset. The bartender Mike K was so amazing and kind! Had the food truck’s fire and ice salad and the woman taking our order and the cook peach went out of their way for us! Beautifully plated. Thanks to all!
