Took my dad here for his birthday! Since we’re locals we wanted to try this new restaurant/casino out. Lb grill wasn’t too bad. Our server was excellent, friendly, attentive. The food was good I ordered the Louis salad half crab half bay shrimp. My dad ordered new york steak with shrimp and veggies. He was please with what he ordered just wanted more shrimp than just 3 with his meal. Overall experience was good.

We got seated and placed our order. It took 30 minutes to get our salads. It wasn’t to busy but had one large party. After all was said and done, the prime rib was very good. But the new York steak was chewy and the baked potatoes were not completely cooked. We asked for more butter and sour cream, and by the time we got it the potatoes were cold. Very poor service and will not go back

Some menu items are terrible yes and they might be understaffed. However the chicken fried steak and the steak and egg special are delicious and definitely worth coming for. The French toast and the burger were not the best though.

The waitress refused to serve me alcohol, accusing me of using a stolen ID. The manager came over and assured her it was me. A new waitress was brought over for our table and was just as rude. We ordered and it almost an hour to get our food and we weren’t checked on at all in that time frame. We never got drinks refilled and our waitress didn’t say a word when she dropped off the check, by far the rudest waitstaff I’ve ever had. The food was delicious but the service really needs to be improved.

Tried twice to eat at this establishment, only to be told there’s a 30 minute wait, yet there’s a minimum of 10-15 tables open. I can understand this being an issue when an establishment is brand new, kinks are being worked out and staffing is an issue upon initial opening, but they looked plenty staffed this morning and I counted the amount of open tables. There won’t be a third try at this establishment!

Heard about the $6.99 Steak and eggs special before 11 am. So disappointed. Steak tough burned on outside, hash browns dried out and burned, plus had to wait for 30 minutes even though restaurant was not busy. Glass of juice dispensed from a machine was $5.49! Won’t return bad taste in our mouths.

Had breakfast there with relatives from out of town. The waiter was Bodie. I ordered a Spanish Omelet and when it came, it was a SPINACH Omelet. When I returned it, he took it to the kitchen and was back in about 30 seconds. Turned out the cook just covered the Spinach omelet with Spanish sauce. THEY NEVER COOKED ME A SPANISH OMELET. Won’t be back !!!

This was our first time at this restaurant. The food we ordered was incorrect and what we did get was horrible. We asked for a condiment & the waitress never returned. Without ever seeing our waitress again we never had a chance to get our order correct. The biscuits and gravy was horrible. The gravy tasted like flour and the French onion soup wasn’t worth eating, it mostly consisted of soggy bread. After giving up hope of ever seeing our waitress again, we decided to call the meal a wash.

We are locals and we waited a bit before coming into the casino restaurant. We finally went last night 10-5-22 at 5:30 pm and it was amazing! My husband had prime rib and I had a chicken burger. It came with so many sides…the salad was great and they use spring mix lettuce which I love, their ranch dressing was over the top amazing and their fries were awesome! He loved his bake potato and even his veggies he said were cooked great. Our waitress was very nice and took great care of us. The manager Pamela came over to our table and asked how everything was and she was so nice and bubbly. Loved her as well 🙂 We will definitely be back very soon! I’m excited to go for breakfast.
