I ate at La Bateau during Food & Wine, and it blew us away. The whole table agreed the food was better than anything offered at the event! We tried everything: the soup, salad, steak, and desserts were delicious. I can’t wait to keep coming back to see what they’re creating. Very excited a place like this opened in Aspen.
