Went here for dinner one night, trying something new at the food cart pod. Initially, there was no one there but a sign stated they would return in a little bit. Once the guy returned he removed the sign and then went to the back to angrily clean pans for a few minutes while we patiently waited in front of the cart, not saying a peep.

I’ve always been a fan of this place, especially when it was brick n mortar. The cart does do a good job with providing some of the classics. I had the spicy Mac with spam. I will have to try some of the other items next time.

Jordan made me the “old” (creamy garlic) and added broccoli. Easily the best mac and cheese I’ve had in Oregon! Definitely recommend! He’s not too hard on the eyes either

I have been wanting to write a food review for a long time. My order is always taken with a smile,I waited no more than 6-7 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was prepared and the amazing service. the food was incredibly tasty, according to my tastes and desire. I am grateful to the person who serves me every weekend when I came and eat this delicious food.

Food is incredibly nostalgic, I remember going in middle school and even high school to the B&M location. Since I have moved across the country I will want to come and get it as a novelty food. Prices are insane, $16 for mac with a meat and worse yet the service at this cart is 4/5 times absolutely horrendous. Staff hates working there, opens up at 11 and says they’re not open until 11:30, and generally don’t like any additional requests. Food is still good, but almost avoidable because of the service.

The montage is located in a nice food cart area. It was really easy and convenient for me to take my 2yr old daughter. Very kid friendly. Jacob at montage greeted me, was very nice, professional, and helpful. He gave good recommendations. I got the jambalaya and it was really good and large portions. I highly recommend for yourself or for a family meal.

We went to this cart over long weekend and had the most horrible experience. We ordered cajun shrimp mac and the dish was so spicy hot that it was basically inedible. We brought it home added 2x amount of mac to it, and it yet was inedible and had to be trashed. They really owe us 20$ but refused to pay or even say a simple – sorry! Either someone spilled the entire bottle of cajun spice in it OR they did it on purpose to harass us…not sure, but they did NOT acknowledge a mistake, did NOT apologize and did NOT refund. I would strongly advise AGAINST ever eating here!!!

Went to this food cart called Le Bistro Montage Ala Cart. Le Bistro Montage was a famous Cajun restaurant in downtown Portland that closed a few years ago. They reopened as food carts at 3 different carts hence the name Le Bistro Montage Ala Cart. They’re known for their Alligator Jambalaya and their aluminum foil artwork. They were out of alligator today so I got Andouille Jambalaya and they gave me an aluminum foil Rose.
