We were amazingly surprised. Burgers were just fantastic, fries perfectly done (which is not common) and the quantity was great. We came a day of rain where nobody was out and the restaurant was almost empty. But do not get fooled by the restaurant at its side with Michelin stars, you’ll get quality burgers here for a good price.

I was really wishing this place the best since I live in a neighborhood and love new businesses popping. I gave it 3 chances, but all 3 times I was completely appalled by the owner’s rude service. Burgers are not bad, but aren’t worth the owner’s attitude (mind you he is also the only waiter, so you have to deal with him whether you like it or not). From offering a sauce as a “courtesy” and then trying to sneak it in our check, to mistreating his employees in front of customers, I decided yesterday was my last time there. You can’t even ask him for a glass of tap water (which it never occurs to him to offer) without receiving some sort of attitude. I hope he learns better.

Omg the L’Champignon Burger was so delicious and the truffles fries amazing. Can’t wait to be back and try a different burger. They have a full bar and big screen TV. Also great attentive service. Would definitely recommend this be your new favorite burger spot!

In a time where everything needs to be instagrammable, this place is a breath of fresh air. Don’t get me wrong, ambiance is cool and presentation is nice, but it’s clear they prioritize the quality of the food and the experience (spoiler alert: they succeed). I’ve been to most of the best burger places in lower Manhattan and this is the one I go to the most frequently. Beers and wines are reasonably priced too. I highly recommend and am lucky to live just a stone’s throw away.

Good neighborhood burger spot. Fair prices and very nice service. Not super bustling so it’s a good spot for a quiet weeknight dinner. Management has been super friendly in encouraging loyalty (have gotten multiple free beer coupons) which is a great thing to see in the neighborhood!
