This place rocks. Everything was done perfectly. The coleslaw is indeed legendary as advertised. Potato salad was served hot, but still delicious even on a hot day. The chicken was breaded and fried with extreme care and even included a fried pickle inside the batter. Good selection of beers on tap too. I’d be a bit cautious ordering anything higher than ‘medium spicy’ this spot ain’t playing games with the heat. Cheers, will be back

Service was great, beer was cold, chicken was hot. Maybe just a bit oily for my personal taste. I have no experience with Tennessee BBQ so I may not be the best to judge it. My favorites were the coleslaw and the pickles.

Totally unassuming place with incredibly yummy food! The Nashville hot chicken sando has chicken fried to perfection with coleslaw and a sauce with spice level of choice. Had the fried okra and garlic fries to top off a great meal! Ordered takeout but the staff that I interacted with were very friendly. Highly recommend.

I just had the best BBQ pork ribs of my life at this place … Amazing! So tender the meat just falls off the bone and the secret sauce is incredible. Very generous portions too. Owner is a great guy and staff is terrific too. I will be back soon to try is other BBQ offerings.

I got on of the specials today, Chicken and waffles, chicken was moist and the batter was crisp and well flavored. I wish that I wasn’t too skerd to try the hotter versions of the chicken, there are three: skerd, dang and redneckulous, but thankfully there is a shaker with extra spices to kick up your chicken. I had my mild chicken with Tabasco and a dash of the extra spices.

We went one of the first two opening days. The place was packed within 20 minutes of sitting down. Thank goodness for the owner coming around to tables because the server we had was not selling us on any of their options. W O W !!! Out of all of the hot chicken spots I’ve been to this place is among the top. The chicken, spice, and the crunch were all perfect. Prices are solid too. If you’re close by you better try them out.
