Best little sandwich shop! I had the lemongrass chicken banh-mi, the baguette bread it’s served on is divine. The flavor is excellent, I had medium spicy and it was perfect. If you are in Keaukaha, check this place out!

Delicious, fresh, and friendly! I got the lemongrass pork banh mi and my friend got bacon pate. The best I’ve had in the US! Also got lilikoi spritzers from the neighboring coffee truck that were the perfect compliment. The sandwiches took a few minutes to make because they were prepared fresh for us. We were more than happy to wait. If I lived here I’d frequent this place. They have a couple of tables in the shade that were clean and comfortable. All around lovely experience. Thank you!

This is a MUST visit. All the ingredients are super fresh – crispy veggies, crunchy bacon, soft bread with a good crust that I expect with a banh mi (none of that cut the roof of your mouth type of bread). Plus the service is a delight. We ordered fresh squeezed lime juice, crispy spring rolls, pate bacon banh mi, and pork lemongrass with pate banh mi. Wish I had a big enough stomach to order it all again right now

The lemongrass pork banh mi was one of the best I’ve ever had, if not the best. Super flavorful + delicious fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the Thai tea. Everything was made on the spot and within just a few minutes, giving us just enough time to explore the lovely adjacent park. Wish we had been able to return to try the bun vermicelli noodles, but will save that for a future trip to Hilo!

Wow, wow, wow. The best Bún Noodle Salad I’ve had by far. Such complexity, amazing depth. New subtle flavors are found in every bite and as you drink any remaining dressing. Slight sweetness, not at all excessive, very slight heat adds just another layer. We had the shrimp option and again, cooked perfectly with a perfect bite and lovely flavor. Do yourself a favor and get the Spring Roll combo with your salad. The Spring Rolls are crackingly fresh, juicy, and not at all greasy.

Awesome Banh Mih! I loved the pork, and got it extra spicy. There is a little bit of a wait but not bad at all. The Thai tea was a little different than I am used to however, it tasted different than you might expect from a local Thai place. Overall super fresh and decently priced, I will definitely be going again.
